Here, at Back Forty Studios we DO NOT charge our clients by the HOUR. We charge BY THE PROJECT and the complexity of the project. We pay close attention to every client and the needs of the project. We understand that every band and musician are unique and require different approaches and strategies.

Bottom Line: Each client and project will not be priced the same. No matter the complexity or how laid back the project is, EVERYONE receIves the very BEST QUALITY SOUND we can offer.

We specialize in recording all genres of music, mostly rock, but also included is  hip hop, country, jazz, and more.

We understand that your music journey means the world to you and although we are just as excited about you releasing your new music to your fans, the amount of time each project takes depends on the project, client, skills of the client, and how much of the pre production is already done before we begin your session.

We use state-of-the-art equipment, including industry-standard microphones, preamps, and software, to ensure the highest quality recordings.

Session work can be done at a low cost and set price already discussed and agreed upon by both the producer and the client.

Back Forty Studios, LLC is a fully independent and insured professional music recording studio that provides high-quality music pre-production and tracking (recording) services. We also offer out of house professional mixing and mastering services to those clients who do not have access.
